10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree that the courts of Istanbul, Turkey will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
